Job Introduction: We are looking for a Car Sales Executive to join our Audi Dealership in Stratford-upon-Avon.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Saturday between 8.30am to 6pm with a day off during the week.
- Sundays from 10am to 4pm on a rotational basis.
Benefits:
- Company car provided.
- OTE of £55,000 including a basic salary of £20,000 (rising to £23,000 post-accreditation).
About the Role:
As a Sales Executive at Listers, your focus will be on ensuring every customer finds the perfect fit in a vehicle that suits their needs and lifestyle. From financing to personalized features, you'll guide them through the process for ultimate satisfaction.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Build trust and rapport with customers.
- Maximize opportunities through various channels.
- Achieve monthly KPIs for unit sales and profit.
- Ensure compliance with FCA and data protection regulations.
About You:
This position is suitable for individuals with previous experience in car sales, retail, or sales management. You should have a proven track record of meeting and surpassing targets, excellent communication skills, and the drive to succeed in the industry.
Requirements:
- Valid UK driver's license.
- Previous motor trade experience preferred but not mandatory.
