We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant for a part-time position at our offices in Ringwood.


You will be responsible for maintaining the company accounts on Kashflow, operating a small payroll, keeping an updated machinery stock list, processing invoices, and reconciling bank accounts in three currencies.

You will need an excellent working knowledge of Excel and Outlook.


To ensure the smooth running of the office, you must be flexible and prepared to carry out ad hoc duties.

We're looking for someone with good communication skills, a friendly and easy-going nature, and a high degree of accuracy.

In return, we offer a competitive salary, a friendly working environment, and great flexibility.

This position is available on a self-employed or PAYE basis.
