The role is based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow.

The successful candidate will have the ability to take ownership and responsibility for their work, and that of the team - having a systematic and logical approach to problem solving. You should have a good grasp of the broader organisational objectives and be able to plan and forecast project effects in relation to these objectives.

The role will see you working with internal and external stakeholders as well as 3rd party suppliers. We are looking to analyse current processes and look at new ways of working – focusing on the AS IS and TO BE. Working with multiple teams but having ownership for gathering and documenting the requirements for the changes, analyse, build and test.

We are looking for:


• Several years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in Financial Services.


• Team management


• Working with cross functional teams on projects.


• Managing risk and issues.


• Agile working with experience of Jira and MS Projects


• Stakeholder management


• Desire to work as a wider team and make a real impact.
