Encocam are looking for a new
Chinese Business Support to work at our new head office in
Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.
Responsible for administrative assistance of Cellbond / Encocam in China.
You will have a comprehensive understanding of the business, customers, competitors, and markets to maintain and expand Cellbond/Encocams profile within China.
Liaison with customers, partners / agents, and colleagues in China.To give help and advise to colleagues over the difference in society and culture between Europe and China
The ability to translate all correspondence from Mandarin to English
Key responsibilities and tasks:
- Maintain an indepth understanding of Cellbond's/Encocams products and services to advise and make suitable recommendations to customers. To assist in initiating sales leads and followup to a successful conclusion.
- Be knowledgeable on all Encocam products to support market introduction through local offices and agents.
- Communicating with customers from the initial lead up to delivery and where necessary satisfactory conclusion of customer complaints. In support of this liaise with internal departments including accounts, legal support, quality, production, and despatch to ensure customer requirements can be delivered.
- To establish, develop and maintain longterm relationships with local agents.
- To contribute towards the development and delivery of Strategy for the Chinese market.
- Contribute towards the formulation and implementation of the Sales Budget and forecasts annually.
- Ensure accurate records are always maintained in the CRM (details of customers or agents, potential customers, meetings, and calls all relevant information including names, job titles, dates of calls, matters progressed, etc.).
- To guide customisation of marketing material for the local Chinese markets. This includes websites, product literature, promotional materials, and presentations. Requires collaboration with Marketing, Local Offices and Agents.
- Help to plan business trips to China and organise meetings with agents, customers, and other relevant parties.
- Be a point of information for other departments with regards to the region and customer requirements.
- Ensure a professional, quality service (external and internal) is always provided.
- Be able to communicate in both English and Mandarin.
- The ability and willingness to travel as required to visit customers, business partners and exhibitions
- Continually look for ways to improve, e.g. processes, procedures.
- Any additional work identified as necessary for the smooth operation of the business
