Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. The Sales Administrator will provide administrative support to the sales team and ensure smooth operations within the sales department.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries, orders, and requests
  • Prepare and process sales documents, including quotes, invoices, and purchase orders
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations for management review
  • Support the sales team in meeting targets and achieving sales goals
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a sales administration or similar role preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Proficient computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Word and other office software
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new computerized systems

Job Types:

Pay:
From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
