The Business


We are a group of 21 Optical Practices (with further expansion imminent), looking for a Marketing Executive to support all practices.

The business drives a culture of autonomy and growth; you will be at the forefront of decision making for your department, giving you an exciting opportunity to directly affect our success.


The Role

  • Assist with the company's online presence through effective website management.
  • Plan and develop CPC and organic social media campaigns to increase social followers and generate bigger reach, new followers, and physical footfall.
  • Evaluate marketing, advertising and website activity through data tracking and analysis.
  • Produce reports to show the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify ways to improve performance to increase return on investment.
  • Assist the Head of Business development with campaign planning
  • Proofread and edit content to ensure its consistent with the brand tone of voice.
  • Work alongside our Head of Business Development to assist in overall upkeep and project management of website
  • Identify new advertising and PR opportunities for each site
  • Design adverts and marketing materials.
  • Contribute creative ideas to improve marketing activities and drive results.
  • Visit sites to collect content and photos, where needed.
  • Work closely with the Head of Business Development to strategise quarterly marketing plans & campaigns

Required Experience

  • At least three years' experience working within a marketing role.
  • Experience using social media platforms and ecommunications in a business capacity.
  • Experience using Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, Reels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google
  • Proficient in Design Software (Adobe, Canva)

  • The ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines.
