About you
Experienced in managing seizures

Compassionate and patient nature

Calm and organised under pressure.

You will be honest, trustworthy, and respectful

Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating atmosphere

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Driving Licence (preferred)

We will always provide clinical and specialist training if you meet values criteria and have experience with young children and/or disabilities in any setting

Your role as a health support worker

  • Provide constant supervision and companionship.
  • Engage in activities such as music, singing, and outdoor walks.
  • Encourage and assist with waterrelated activities, including swimming.
  • Maintain a safe and loving environment
  • Give full support in regaining our client's physical and positive needs

Macánta Complex Care offers Nurse Managed and carer delivered services to clients of all age groups. We specialise in providing personalised care on a shift-by-shift basis to individuals with complex care needs right in the comfort of our client's homes or community settings. Our care packages range from a few nights a week to round-the-clock, 24/7 care, ensuring that clients receive the support they need whenever they need it
