Tradewind is working in partnership with a reputable secondary school to find a skilled and caring pastoral support worker to join their team. In this role, you will work closely with students aged 11-18, providing crucial emotional and mental health support.

**Duties**:
** Supporting pupils in conjunction with the schools pastoral programme

** Liaising with internal staff and SLT and external agencies

** Analysing and reporting on Pupil Data to monitor progression and trends

** Organising and participating in cultural activities and language-based projects to enhance student's appreciation of diverse cultures
