Key Responsibilities- Work proactively with the team to handle service caseload and administrative responsibilities
- Build supportive relationships with customers and conduct key work sessions to achieve Support Plan goals
- Ensure ongoing assessment and management of risks associated with customers, promoting a positive risk-taking approach
- Support customers with domestic tasks and provide practical assistance where needed
- Undertake administrative work and maintain accurate records
- Report observations relating to customers' welfare and develop links with local agencies and service providers
We are looking for someone who enjoys social interaction, is approachable and open, and prefers working as part of a team. You should be fundamentally calm and resilient, with a practical and logical mind, and be open to feedback and self-development.
What We OfferAs a Bank Support Worker with Look Ahead Care Support and Housing, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and diverse environment, making a positive impact on the lives of our customers. We offer a competitive hourly rate of £13.15 and a zero-hour contract, allowing you to choose your shifts and work flexibly.
