We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Care Assistant. In this role, you will provide support and care to elderly clients, enabling them to live safely and comfortably in their own homes.
As a Vulnerable Care Support Worker, you will work closely with our clients and their families to develop personalized care plans that meet their unique needs and preferences. You will also provide emotional support and companionship to our clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
We are looking for an experienced and empathetic Care and Support Worker to join our team in Hertfordshire. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to elderly and vulnerable clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as mobility and transfers
- Develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs and preferences of clients
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation

- Competitive hourly rate: £11 per hour Monday - Friday, £12 per hour Saturday and Sunday
