The Quality, Safety and Governance team is looking for a patient focused Clinical Governance Officer with empathetic skills when dealing with our patients. Do you have excellent attention to detail and want to help us to make a difference and improve the service we provide to our patients?
Reporting to the Quality and Governance Manager, you will support the regional quality team in the East of England to ensure that we effectively meet all clinical statutory, regulatory, professional body and organisational requirements for the service. You will contribute to the development of key areas of complaints and incidents and must have a sound understanding of confidentiality and be committed to maintaining high standards of quality and governance.
