As a Residential Property Paralegal, you will be supporting on a caseload of:
Sales and purchasesRe-mortgagesTransfer of equityRight to buyShared ownershipNew buildsDuties will include (but not limited to): Assisting with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checksPreparing standard correspondence and documentsOrdering property searchesStamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) return and paymentLand Registry applicationsReview client account ledgerUpdate case management system and databaseTake and make calls to clients and others in a professional and friendly mannerYou will be given the chance to work with, and learn from, respected solicitors in the industry as you look to progress with your career
