Purpose of the Role
Located in Glasgow's Style Mile on Buchanan Street, Princes Square is an iconic shopping and dining destination with premium boutique stores, exciting restaurants and a unique cinema all under one roof.
This is a fantastic role which not only allows you to work in Scotlands Best building of the last 100 years but being part of the PS team you'll receive attractive store and restaurant discounts, access to discounts via our membership to Glasgow's Leading attractions.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer care queries from guests and deliver the best possible service
- Work with team members to open and close the centre
- Ensure there are no safety hazards or damage
- Particpate in planned/unplanned evacuations and ensure our guests and tenants are evacuated to safety
- Check buildings and surroundings
- Fire, leaks, damage, or other hazards.
- Check that any external locks, especially padlocks, have not been tampered with or left
- Unlocked Check buildings for obvious damage and safety hazards and, if found, report in accordance with the site Assignment Instructions.
