We are currently recruiting Part time (WEEKENDS) support workers to support an individual with Mental Health needs in the
Weston-Super-Mare area.
The Role

We currently have a great opportunity for dedicated Autism Support Workers to work with an individual who has a learning disability, autism and mental health support needs.
The individual will be living on their own so we are looking for Autism Support Workers who can provide 360 wrap around support that covers all aspects of their life.
The individual will be living on her own so we are looking for Support Workers who can provide 24-hour support throughout her day.
To be part of her team she is looking for the following in a team member:
- Are fun, polite, patient, happy, kind, and funny
- Driving is an advantage
- Be a good listener
- Like fun fairs
- Good cook
- Help me to keep my home clean and tidy
- Like or be happy to massage
- Like Kevin (my teddy)
- Be calm and stay confident when I experience times of distress
- Do hairstyles for me
She likes:
- Rides so you can join her, especially the waltzers
- Listening to jokes
- Singing and dancing
- Picking nice outfits to wear pampering
- Playing board games (uno snakes and ladders)
- Having pampers hair, make up, spa day, foot spa, nails painted
- Trampoline, bowling, cooking, baking, cloth shopping
- Playing snakes and ladders and Uno

All Autism Support Workers must adhere to government guidelines about their injections.
Schedule:
- 12 hour shifts 08:00 to 20:00 / 20:00 to 08:00
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
