We are seeking an energetic and seasoned Store Manager to guide our team.
As a Store Manager, your primary objectives include leading the store team to accomplish sales targets in line with our brand goals.
Additionally, ensuring that the team is well-versed in the brand and delivers an outstanding customer experience by offering unmatched service.

To achieve this, your main duties involve:- Team leadership: Inspire and share your enthusiasm for the brand with your sales staff, equipping them with the necessary tools to foster the personal growth of each individual working with you
Sales Approach:
Develops sales tactics and oversees the attainment of business targets and KPIs, engaging the sales team with strategic plans while ensuring a consistent brand representation throughout the sales process
Client Interaction:
Attracts and nurtures customer loyalty by focusing on every detail, delivering top-notch service
