Duties/Qualifications:
You will need to hold a level 5 CIPD.

  • Being a part of, or leading, strategic HR projects which support the growth of the HR function and of the business as a whole.
  • Responsible for providing a professional HR advisory service to line managers and employees on all employment matters.
  • Lead end to end case management for employee relations cases and projects.
  • Providing advice, guidance and support to line managers on a range of employee relations issues, including disciplinary and dismissal, grievance, absence, capability issues and workplace incidents.
  • Monitor and manage absence, including maternity/paternity leave, shortterm and longterm sick and occupational health incidents.
  • Adopting a coaching style to support the development of organisational capability in managing employment relations issues.
  • Working with and keeping regular communication channels with employees and line managers.
  • Update and maintain the HR database to ensure all personnel data is recorded and kept accurately.
  • Work with the Group HR Manager to conduct 2nd inductions for new starters
  • Ensuring policies and procedures are consistently applied across the organisation and updating them to ensure legal compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Data analysis and reporting on statistics to facilitate continuous improvement.
