Role Overview:


You will be required to support our Team Extension Experts who work with clients directly, so this role will require you to be cross-trained in both skillsets; although, similar in nature.


This is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress into a Project Management role joining the growing UK team.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding any new partners/suppliers that join the group, and managing these relationships
  • Maintaining existing partner relationships
  • Communicating with current partners to obtain role requirements
  • The dissemination of any new connections
  • Management of Spyrosoft's internal resource pool, with the support of our overseas colleagues
  • Communicate with current and potential customers to obtain role requirements
  • Obtain feedback on CV's and following interviews and provide updates to the line manager
  • Completion of any required documentation; to include but not limited to, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Framework Agreements, Work Orders, Consultancy Agreements
  • Ensuring both Spyrosoft and partner records are kept up to date and updated where necessary, within suitable timeframes
  • Monthly settlements and invoicing
  • Collecting customer information using our inhouse CRM tool
  • The role may require some occasional travel throughout the UK, and overseas to other Spyrosoft sites.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience required:

  • Experience in working in a similar position
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to think analytically
  • Good Microsoft Office Skills specifically Excel
Experience in the IT industry Attention to detail and ability to manage several tasks concurrently

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards and compliance
  • Selfmotivated and able to work practically and logically, using your own initiative
  • Flexible/team worker, collaborative in style and values; someone who is keen to share ideas and knowledge
