We are looking for a Bartender who has a passion and skill set for delivering exceptional service. Ideally, you will have experience working in high-volume restaurants and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while delivering a memorable guest experience.
We want JOIA to be the most talked about Restaurant around London. As our Bartender we want you to bring a WOW factor to our guest experience.

As our Bartender, you will receive: Two wellness days per year, meaning all team members start with 30 days of holiday per year (pro-rata) – these increase with service Salary: It is anticipated you will receive from £11.85 (minimum contracted rate) to £16.50 (rate inclusive of TRONC) per hour worked – inclusive of an independently administered TRONC allowance Discounted gym memberships Access to free financial and mortgage advice Shift patterns are shared at least 2 weeks in advance so you can plan your life around work Discounted hotel staff rates Two meals per day, every day (including days off if you wish to come in) Great Learning and development opportunities within PPHE If you share a passion for art, culture and hospitality, art'otel is where people's talents will feel at home.
