About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Creative Restaurant Group. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, high-end environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, spirits, and wines to our discerning guests.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and maintain a professional atmosphere.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and make recommendations for menu enhancements and promotions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working in a high-end bar or fine dining establishment.
  • Strong understanding of spirits, wines, and cocktails, including preparation methods and pairing suggestions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
  • Legal right to work in the UK without corporate sponsorship.
