Opportunity for a Skilled Bartender at OPSO Restaurant

We are seeking a talented and experienced bartender to join our team at OPSO restaurant in Marylebone. As a bartender at OPSO, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment, serving a wide range of customers and creating innovative cocktails.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to our standard recipes
  • Present drink menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding aperitifs
  • Be responsible for restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies
  • Ensure all transactions are carried out accurately
  • Be accountable for stock and make the manager aware of any stock shortage
  • Adhere to cleaning schedule and ensure procedures are followed
Requirements:
  • Cocktail experience
  • Very good coffee-making/barista skills
  • Good command of English
  • A strong work ethic
  • A passion for wine and drinks with a desire to learn
  • Drive and ambition to progress your career in a quality expanding restaurant group
