This is a full time, permanent position and offers a competitive salary and the chance to work with an establishedbusiness.
This is an office based role, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.You will be working as part of a busy and fast paced team so this role will suit someone organised with the ability to multitask.
Supporting the Planning Manager, your duties will include:
- Entering customer details quickly and accurately into database and/or spreadsheets.
- Dealing with client and tenant enquiries, ensuring correct information is provided and all relevant persons are informed.
- Planning jobs for operatives and producing necessary paperwork
- Inputting employee time sheets, and invoices into in house system
- Processing customer complaints to resolution and within agreed company timescales
- Processing client completion certificates and keeping up to date spreadsheets for monthly submission.
- Processing client payments and issuing receipts.
- Log customer issues and complaints ensuring these are passed to correct person to deal with and followed up to close issue/complaint.
- Gathering information for new contracts and devising client/tenant order forms and offer letters.
- Running reports through in house system and excel on a weekly, monthly and adhoc basis to meet business requirements.
- Collating information for Manager, as required.
- Responding to general enquires
- Processing and issuing purchase order numbers, whilst keeping corresponding spreadsheet up to date.
- Additional adhoc duties as the business requires
