Pension and Benefits Administrator
**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Pension and Benefits Administrator to join our team at Eden Scott. As a key member of our pensions administration team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of defined benefit pension schemes, working closely with clients to deliver exceptional service and support.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage a portfolio of defined benefit pension schemes, ensuring accurate and timely administration
* Provide exceptional client service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver project-based initiatives and improve business processes
* Develop and maintain technical knowledge of pensions administration, including cradle-to-grave pensions administration, scheme rules, and current legislation
**Requirements**
* Previous experience in defined benefit pension administration, with a strong understanding of scheme rules and current legislation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience of pensions administration software
