The role of Procurement Administrator provides a great opportunity to gain experience across the full organization, ranging from all Management Company departments to the portfolio of expanding hotels.


A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROCUREMENT ADMINISTRATOR
Reporting directly to the Group Head of Procurement, you can expect your day to include the following:

  • Ensuring all Procure Wizard price files food allergens are maintained
  • Reviewing commitments and carrying out Ad-Hoc requests depending on business needs
  • Supporting hotel onboarding activities, including liaising with suppliers/stakeholders, and updating relevant project trackers
  • Liaising with suppliers over disputed invoices
  • Raising required Procurement invoices and support with the administration of Procurement revenue targets
  • Supervising the Procure Wizard Food Beverage flashes and run reporting
  • Liaising with the Central Processing admin to ensure prompt payment of invoices
  • Working directly with the Head of Group Procurement to review dealing with pricing, volume issues and reporting
  • Maintaining Procurement Team contract repository
  • Participation in the development achievement of the business objectives of the Procurement team and wider
    RBH group
  • Dealing with supplier queries in a friendly and efficient manner
Please note, travel may be required across the region and a flexible approach is required.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Have an excellent level of business English
  • Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Be able to demonstrate a basic understanding interpretation of financial reports
  • Have excellent attention to detail, organised and can work to strict deadlines
  • Have commercial understanding and business
  • Experience of Procure Wizard system _(desirable)_
  • Be flexible regarding travel and work hours, with a possibility of overnight stay
  • Procurement experience _(desirable but not essential)_
  • Experience of hospitality is ideal
