Housing Inclusion Officer roles x 2 Fixed Term Contracts

1 x up to 6 months

1 x up to 12 months

The Housing Inclusion Team work with people who are homeless or threatened with homelessness. The service is responsible for preventing homelessness and providing housing advice to people around their housing options. The housing inclusion officers in the team are responsible for carrying out the statutory homelessness assessment function for people who are either referred to or approach us directly. Housing inclusion officers support a diverse client group of people who are threatened with homelessness for a variety of reasons.

The successful candidates would have a good knowledge of the law as it relates to homeless people as well the skills to support a client group who face multiple barriers. This is an incredibly busy team where current performance is of a high standard.
