We are in search of a Resident Liaison Officer to be part of our South London Housing team on a fixed term contract.

Your role will involve delivering enhanced services to our customers, managing various projects from start to finish, and providing assistance to vulnerable customers.

Tasks may include customer sign-ups, needs assessment, property handovers, complaint resolutions, and customer support during service restoration in residential blocks.

This position offers the flexibility of working from home, attending offices, and visiting residents as needed.

You will be reporting to the Assistant Head of Housing and joining a dedicated team that prioritizes customer satisfaction.
