Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep your PartsPlus team motivated and engaged in all Sales and Marketing activities
  • Provide coaching and support to your team through regular one-on-one sessions

  • Regularly assess business performance, identify improvement opportunities, and address any issues promptly
  • Take charge of stock and premises security
  • Ensure adherence to business standards and processes

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous management experience or an ambitious Supervisor looking to advance
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using computers; training on specific systems and software will be provided
