Key Responsibilities:
- Keep your PartsPlus team motivated and engaged in all Sales and Marketing activities
- Provide coaching and support to your team through regular one-on-one sessions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through your team's efforts
- Regularly assess business performance, identify improvement opportunities, and address any issues promptly
- Take charge of stock and premises security
- Ensure adherence to business standards and processes
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous management experience or an ambitious Supervisor looking to advance
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using computers; training on specific systems and software will be provided
- Collaborative 'Team Player' mindset
- Ability to create and execute a well-structured business plan to meet sales targets efficiently
