Youth Wellbeing Support Worker

Salary:
£24,000 (pro rata) dependant on experience for 23 hours per week

Contract:
Temporary until 31st August with possibility of extension

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a new Devon wide partnership project.

The main focus of the role will be to support young people to improve their emotional health, wellbeing and resilience to enable a safe and timely discharge from a hospital setting.


You will have:

  • Resilience, creativity and the personal qualities to build and sustain relationships with young people to meet their personal goals
  • Experience of working in a trauma informed way with young people with complex needs.
  • Experience of supporting multi agency work through effective communication and collaboration.
