Job Description

Client Information:

Tissot SA (French pronunciation: [ti'so]) is a Swiss luxury watch brand owned by the Swatch Group, known for their innovative work.

Charlotte Tilbury is a cosmetic and beauty brand, known for it's high-quality products. It was founded in 2013 by Charlotte Tilbury, a British makeup artist and is now available in 80 markets across the work.

Spotify is the world's #1 audio streaming provider.

Role:

This role will be a Paid Social Director reporting to the Paid Social Business Director and managing 2 Account Managers, as well as 3 Account Executives.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead on the strategic development and growth of the accounts, ensuring best in class strategy across your team and the rest of the wider network.
  • Develop, install and supervise efficient best practice, quality team materials and standardisation of processes across the team.
  • Establish practices to ensure Paid Social brilliance and consistency of approach across local agency teams. Provide guidance, share knowledge and case studies while serving as the connective tissue between multiple teams in local markets and our central clients.
  • To ensure client and agency targets are achieved and effectively grow Paid Social revenue
  • Identify opportunities to deploy advanced measurement techniques and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to seek effective cross media buying practice.
  • Development and delivery of training for the team and wider agency
Qualifications

We are looking for an ambitious, self-starting Paid Social Account Director who can work autonomously on projects if needed, but also enjoys working within a team with a strong, collaborative working ethos. The client's business will require us to work at a fast pace and alongside multiple stakeholders, so we're looking for a positive, can-do attitude from someone joining the team. Experience across both brand and performance would also be a positive attribute to have given the nature of the client's business, but again not necessarily a must.

  • Experience working in a paid social team
  • Experience planning, managing and activating both brand and direct response campaigns on Paid Social channels (Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Linked In)
  • Demonstrable examples of driving innovation in biddable media
  • Experience managing a team: hiring and developing talent, conducting appraisals, as well as performance management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to engage with senior clients
  • Be strategic and commercially minded in planning goals for their teams as well as being able to shape and develop a biddable strategy
