An exciting position has become available for an Office Administrator to join a friendly team based Milton Keynes. You will be providing support with general administration and support on multiple projects.
The Role
Typing up ad-hoc letters, sorting post and ordering office supplies
- Work closely with directors supporting them with adhoc tasks and projects
- Help with any financial tasks
- General office admin support
- Processing Expenses
- Data Entry
- General Filling
- Managing and producing invoices
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads
- Work under pressure and support the managers meet strict deadlines
- Strong administrative skills (including invoicing)
- Understanding of financial side of the business
- Good telephone manner
- Highly Organised
- Able to work as part of a small team and on their own
