You will be part of Places Leisure, we run leisure sites across the UK to help people stay active and live their best lives.


As our Deputy Head of Technology Support you will play a crucial role in providing advanced technical assistance and support to all of our staff.

You will maintain the security, availability and reliability of our organisations IT infrastructure and cloud services. You will be the point of escalations from members of the Technology Support Team.

More about you
Ideally you will have prior experience in a Leisure Management Systems or CRM system in a similar role.

As our Deputy Head of Technology Support you will have previous hands on experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint, Office 365 and Power Automate.

You will show enthusiasm for learning and development in taking on new tasks. You will be able to demonstrate commitment to providing a professional customer service to all colleagues, members and stakeholders. You will have previous experience in maintaining confidential information security in line with our data protection policy.
