Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cyber Security Culture, Training & Awareness Lead to spearhead our efforts to enhance security awareness across all departments and business units. In this role, you will be responsible for building and promoting a distinct Cyber Security Brand to enhance cyber security awareness and engagement, developing and implementing comprehensive training programs, fostering a strong security culture, and ensuring that colleagues understand their roles in protecting sensitive information and assets. Reporting to the Head of Business Engagement, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders both within and outside of InfoSec to design and deliver security awareness initiatives across all areas of the organisation.

Provide leadership, motivation, direction and mentoring for the culture, training and awareness team. Understand the security culture, training and awareness objectives derived from the InfoSec management team and translate these into concrete and measurable deliverables and outcomes. Enhance awareness of and engagement with the Cyber Security Brand throughout M&S. Create branding materials, communication strategies, and campaigns aimed at reinforcing the importance of cyber security among colleagues and partners. Design and execute comprehensive cyber security training programs customised to various departments and business units within M&S. Ensure that the training materials are relevant, engaging, and effectively communicate security best practices. Design and implement solutions to measure the impact and success of culture, training and awareness activities. Lead efforts to cultivate a strong security culture across M&S, promoting awareness and proactive engagement among employees. Motivate and inspire colleagues to actively participate in security initiatives, emphasising the importance of their roles in safeguarding company assets. Employ effective communication techniques to encourage buy-in and enthusiasm for security practices. Ensuring that all security communications are aligned to the Security Culture Strategy Who you are

5 years relevant experience in a similar environment and at least 2 years In a leadership role Prior experience of managing team workload, defining outcomes & objectives, managing reporting / metrics, resolving issues Ability to act as mentor / guide to team members. Proven experience in developing and promoting a Cyber Security Brand. Proven experience in developing and implementing cyber security training programs. Experience in measuring and assessing employee awareness levels. Strong understanding of information security principles, practices, and technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to encourage and enthuse others. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence change at all levels of an organisation. Everyone's welcome
