Essential Qualifications:
- GCSE in English and Maths (Grade A-C) or equivalent
- Level 5 CIPD Human Resources qualification
Desirable Qualifications:
- Level 3 Award in Education & Training (or equivalent) teaching qualification, or a willingness to acquire one
- Level 3 Certificate Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA) qualification, or a willingness to acquire one
- ILM Level 3 Certificate in Effective Coaching & Mentoring
- Level 7 CIPD Human Resources qualification
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in an accredited environment, industry, or practice
- Effective management of workload, time, and resources to achieve targets
- Ability to establish and maintain rapport with a diverse range of individuals
- Inspiring and facilitating learning with a calm and polite demeanor under pressure
- Consistently delivers against core role objectives

As a Skills Coach, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring learners to achieve success in their Human Resources qualification. Your responsibilities include fostering cohesive relationships with learners and employers, offering a blend of academic and pastoral advice, and ensuring a supportive and conducive learning environment.
