To excel in this role, you'll have a core background of delivering services in an ITIL structured IT environment.

Supporting the Cyber Security Manager, you'll have strong relationship management skills and the ability to prioritise dynamic workload; extensiveoperations experience; a passion for customer service excellence and have measured and improved Service Delivery.


Main skills and experience include:

  • Experience in Change Management
  • A background working within operations
  • Understanding of TRM processes including incident management
  • Align to ITIL service management standard methodology and drive implementation of a standardised model
  • Monitor & track KPI's\OKR's across Colleague IAM Lab to support and implements service improvements
  • Analyse live dashboards to enable speedy identification of issues in live service and enable the recovery of failing services
