Senior Agile Test Analyst

Interface Recruitment UK is seeking a highly skilled Senior Agile Test Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our software development team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Agile Test Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in software testing, with a focus on Agile methodologies and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test plans and strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of our software solutions
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure that software solutions meet specified quality and acceptance criteria
  • Perform impact assessments on proposed changes to manage test issues and risk
  • Provide input to line managers for one-to-one meetings, appraisals, and performance reviews
  • Take ownership of test environment and test data creation and maintenance
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of Agile testing processes, methodologies, and best practices
  • Experience of software testing, at system and user levels
  • Experience of test planning, execution, and reporting of results to stakeholders
  • Exposure to automation, security, and performance testing
  • Experience of working within an Agile development framework (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience in the use of test management software such as TestRail
  • Experience of test environment management
