We are looking for someone to join our friendly team. We are looking for someone who is friendly and reliable with good communication skills. The job includes helping customers with advice and product demonstrations. Stock check and keeping the shop looking tidy and presentable. There is free on site parking. The hours are Thursday 10am-4pm, Friday 10am-4pm and every other Saturday 10am-2pm. There will be holiday and sickness cover available occasionally. Experience of working in customer service would be beneficial however full training will be provided.

Principal Duties:
Provide the highest level of customer service, responding to all enquiries in a professional, comprehensive and timely manner

Assist with the ordering of saleable stock and stock control

Book services and hire equipment

Use appropriate PPE and comply with Health and Safety and the Data Protection Act.

Commit to and undertake regular training sessions to extend and update own knowledge

PERSON SPECIFICATION Experience and Knowledge:
Experience of working in the customer service industry ideal but not essential

Experience of working in a role handling money

Experience in a delivering to the highest customer service standards

Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise own work

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality when dealing with service users and their records

Effective written and oral communications skills

Ability to carry out basic administration including the collection of payment and recording payments

Strong interpersonal skills, including communication and teamwork

Good self-presentation skills

Ability to establish rapport quickly and easily with customers

The ability to work alone and self-manage work schedule

Work prioritisation and time management skills

Self-motivated resilience with a positive and enthusiastic attitude

Being reliable, trustworthy and punctual

Willingness to have a flexible approach to working hours, including weekend working
