On the programme you will spend time in our quarries, concrete, and asphalt plants, getting your hands dirty and working alongside our fantastic operations teams.

You'll be an ideal fit for this position if you enjoy building relationships and have a great sense of humour.

  • Achieving a Level 5 Diploma in Mineral Extractives, a Level 4 Health and Safety NVQ qualification and if you are ambitious, we will support you to complete your BSc (Hons) degree in Mineral Products Management

As an Operations Management Apprentice, you'll be involved in everything from production planning, quality, health and safety, transportation, extraction, and blasting.

If you're one to tiptoe around puddles with trepidation, maybe this role isn't for you. You won't be spending every day in a clean, corporate office swivelling on an office chair If you have a natural affinity with the great outdoors, in all weathers, then now we're talking

*Do You Offer ?

  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade 4 or above including Maths, English and Science and have achieved a Level 3 or equivalent qualification such as A levels or a BTEC.
  • A full UK Driving Licence during your apprenticeship with us, we want you to experience and see everything we have to offer so you will need to be flexible to travel to other sites.
  • A genuine interest in the construction materials industry we'd love to hear about why you chose us and what interests you about this role
