Competitive Salary Package (Year 1 OTE - £50,000 to £75,000 per annum, Year 2 onwards OTE £100,000 per annum).


Hours:

Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 6pm, Saturdays 9:30am to 4:30pm (Saturdays are on a rota, 1 in 3, day off in lieu for working a Saturday).

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

Duties will include:

  • Developing and maintaining a client base with a view to securing lending, protection and general insurance business and looking for any other opportunities to generate revenue.
  • Maximising mortgage sales potential with a proactive approach to business development and securing new clients.
  • Developing relationships with our estate agency team and other areas of the business to maximise lead and income generation.
  • Lead source from our branch network.

Skills required:

  • Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Have a proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets and expectations
  • Possess a professional and flexible attitude, driven and passionate about mortgages & protection
  • An entrepreneurial approach to business.
  • Experience of working in a targetdriven, customerfocused environment.
  • Expert knowledge of the mortgage and protection markets.
  • The ability to build relationships with the estate agency team and other departments.
  • Business development skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
