The Role of the Team Leader

  • Supervise and monitor floor staff in a fastpaced environment
  • To ensure the smooth running of the area to which you are assigned
  • Report directly to Duty Managers

  • Ensure that all guests are attended to in professional manner at all times
  • Work well underpressure in busy environments
  • Manage teams in calm and collected manner at all times

The Person
Ideally, you will have previous experience working in events or the hospitality industry but what we really need is:

  • Immaculately presented individuals
  • Experience in busy fast paced environments as teamleader/supervisor
  • Selfmotivated with a great attitude and willingness
  • Natural Leader with the ability to motivate those surrounding you
  • A passion for pleasing to ensure a happy experience
  • An interest, and appreciation in food and beverage
  • Confident communicator
  • Strong service skills to provide guests with a 5star experience
  • Wellgroomed, charismatic, and mannered individuals
  • Friendly, hospitable, flexibility and reliability
  • Own transport or able to arrange own transport / use public transport to and from the venues
  • Able to provide your own uniform long sleeve black formal shirt, black smart school trousers and black smart school shoes. The uniform may change with different clients
