We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Partnership Assistant to join our Pensions Administration department in Winchester on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.

What's the role?

Working as part of the Pensions Administration Department you'll be providing administration and secretarial services to the Accounts and Cash Management team to assist in the delivery of an efficient and effective service to LCP clients and their members.

What will you be doing?

  • Preparing first draft of trustee reports and assisting with updates and amendments when required by accountants
  • Updating and maintaining client data held for report and accounts
  • Running accountants budget reports when requested
  • Issuing signed accounts to HMRC when required and maintain work log
  • Maintaining various letter templates and draft letters as and when requested
  • Taking ownership for requesting all year end accounts information
  • Assisting the cash management team with mandates by obtaining information/signatures when required
  • Reviewing cash management checklists and logs for accuracy
  • Submitting all team expenses to finance department
  • Arranging team days, team social events and room bookings
  • Maintaining department welcome slides and issue to attendees across the firm

What qualities and behaviours should you bring?

  • A willingness to work as part of a team and build great relationships as well as the ability to work on your own initiative
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and great organisational skills
  • Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the capability to efficiently navigate and utilise advanced features to support daily tasks and projects
