Overview


The European People and Capability team is looking for a Senior People Specialist to support leaders and employees across various UK based populations with the executional delivery of the strategic HR drivers, goals and initiatives aligned with the business goals.

This role is to be based in London, England, reporting directly into the Vice President, People Business Partner for UKI Division and may work with other business leaders located globally.

Role

  • Supports global PBP with the management and delivery of core People and Capability programs, including talent and performance management, learning, yearend compensation planning, and workforce planning within a UK specific business line or geography;
  • Provides support across specific business units for the location they manage;
  • Supporting headcount management related activities and recruitment for certain business areas;
  • Partners with employees, managers and leaders across Business Units, markets or regions to develop and deploy People and Capability best practices;
  • Coaches managers and employees on development, employee relations and reward issues;
  • Acts as a primary point of contact with COEs and the GBSC on program delivery issues and customizations for the business they support;
  • Participate in the rollout of wellness initiatives and onboarding activities for a business or location;
  • Conducts analysis of People and Capability metrics and summarizes findings and implications;
  • Support the execution and follow through for identified activities from PBP team members;

  • Exposure and experience of commerical operating environment within a HR teaM/Function
  • A customer focused approach towards delivering valueadd efficient HR service to our clients
  • Project management skills and experience
  • Team commitment, flexibility, communication and influencing skills
  • Working knowledge and expertise across mutliple HR activity areas, with particular emphasis on change management, organization design and performance management.
  • Sound level of business acumen, solutions and results oriented mindset and knowledge of the UK employment landscape are critical.
  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective matrix relationships with colleagues.
  • Ability to manage through change and ambiguity are prerequisites
  • Knowledge of employment law and compensation/benefits
  • Analytical skills with strong data privacy focus
