French Business Development Representative and Key Account Manager for the French-speaking markets at True North Labs

We strive to lead as Europe's most innovative cannabinoid formulator, crafting solutions that promote better health. Collaborating with forward-thinking businesses, we aim to develop tailor-made cannabinoid formulations for specific results.

We're currently seeking a skilled business development representative and key account manager to focus on the French-speaking markets within our 'Wellness & Manufacturing Division'.

Tasks:
  • Maximize new and returning client base in France, Belgium, and French-speaking Switzerland
  • Prospect and acquire new customers to drive sales and revenue
  • Expand relationships with existing customers, offering solutions that align with their goals
  • Understand and qualify customer needs
  • Act as a central communication point between key customers and internal teams
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain trust
  • Provide detailed advice on products, services, and compliance
  • Participate in fairs and trade shows as needed
  • Support regional marketing awareness
  • Assist in language translations for advertising and marketing materials
Requirements:
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Passion for the cannabis industry
  • Sales and key account management experience, ideally in consumer goods
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Background in wholesale/retail, B2B, white- & private label, and raw material supply
  • Ability to build long-term business relationships
  • Self-driven, comfortable with remote work, and target-oriented
  • Experience in other industries like healthcare, pharma, hospitality a plus
  • Committed to enhancing lives through organic hemp extracts
