Customer Service Advisor

The Role


As part of our Southern Water Team, you will support their customers with a wide range of, high priority enquires.

Customers may be experiencing instances of no water, a drop in pressure or in extreme circumstances, flooding in their homes.

You will be the person they turn to in their hour of need.

Option to join our 'out of hours' standby roster for enhanced month pay and overtime rates

What you will be doing

  • Taking inbound calls from existing Southern Water related to fresh water or waste water emergencies these may include, sewage in the home, burst pipes, leaks or other water emergencies.
  • Delivering a service which makes your customers feel valued and supported
  • Dealing with a variety of customer questions and queries with sympathy and empathy
