Job Description

At MEGA we manage the full 360 degrees of event creation from concept to completion, allowing us to be dynamic in a fast paced market environment. Event concepts & research, branding, marketing, tour management, production, logistics, talent booking, event management and prop & decor building are all part of our repertoire.

Our event concepts/acts include: The Rock Orchestra, Foreverland, Festival of The Dead, Silent Discos In Incredible Places, London Film Music Orchestra, Dazed and many more

About the role:

The successful candidate will be in charge of advertising and marketing a selection of events in the UK and internationally, making use predominantly of paid social media advertising, always being mindful of innovating new approaches and making use of new tools in a fast evolving marketplace.

Having a keen interest in events is beneficial with plenty of opportunity to get involved with the running of shows.

Required Skills:

  • A deep understanding & experience in executing a range of paid social social media advertising
  • Expert knowledge of using META Ads Manager (must be hands on experience)
  • A good eye for creative media and visuals that create successful campaigns
  • A desire to find and test new methods
  • Be data driven and analytical
  • A basic understanding of events marketing

Required Experience:

  • 8+ years of advertising experience
  • A grounding in events
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
  • Computer literate and a good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
  • Demonstrable experience with META / Tiktok / Google / YouTube Ads
  • Bonus Experience:
  • Content creation skills
  • Interest in live music and festivals
