Our work environment includes:

  • Working in our clients home as this is door to door care NOT a care home.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Help with meal preparation and feeding
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up
  • Escort clients to appointments and outings
  • Administer medication under the supervision of a nurse or healthcare professional
  • Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Live in BRENT or willing to travel to the area of BRENT
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required as training will be given
  • Compassionate and caring attitude towards clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Reliable transportation to travel to client's homes
  • Must pass a background check (DBS)
