As a Block Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring that all maintenance and administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting annual service charge budgets and reviewing previous expenditure to forecast future expenditure
  • Obtaining quotes and instructing maintenance works to ensure that properties are well-maintained
  • Overseeing maintenance contracts to ensure that they are up-to-date and compliant
  • Liaising with leaseholders and attending to general enquiries to provide excellent customer service
  • Liaising with clients on matters that require instruction and attending to their requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Attending to general administrative matters, including property inspections and completing reports
  • Attending client meetings, including AGMs, to ensure that all parties are informed and up-to-date
  • Liaising with property professionals, including solicitors, accountants, surveyors, and specialist consultants, as required
  • Monitoring portfolio arrears and taking necessary action to collect service charges

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Block Property Manager or Block Property Manager's Assistant
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Computer literate and proficient in using property management software
  • Awareness of service charge, leases, and demised areas

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £35,000 - £50,000 DOE
  • Monday to Friday working hours with flexible working from home after a period of time
  • 20 days' annual leave plus bank holidays
