Collaborate with a world-class team using top-tier custom tools to perform high-quality exercises and deliver exceptional experiences to customers.

A Day in the Life of a NetSPI Red Team Operator:

  • Plan, lead, and execute regulated and non-regulated Red Team Operations.
  • Simulate complex attacks against highly defended networks using sophisticated technologies.
  • Research and develop innovative techniques, tools, and methodologies for Red Team Operations.
  • Create narrative-driven reports for clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to improve their detection and response capabilities.
  • Share technical expertise and best practices with the team.
  • Contribute to the information security community through various means.

Requirements:


Experience in threat intelligence-led red teaming complying with various regulatory frameworks.
Hold and maintain a CCSAS certification.
Red Team or penetration testing qualifications such as CCSAM, CRTO, OSED, OSCE, etc.
Ability to obtain security clearance for UK operations.
Minimum of 10 years in IT and information security with 5 years in offensive security assessments.
Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.
Expertise in offensive and defensive security concepts.
Minimum Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.

Demonstrable knowledge in the following areas:

  • Windows and/or *nix administration in client and server architecture.
  • Networking concepts including routing, switching, and transport layer protocols.
  • Understanding of common application layer protocols.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, and related technologies.
  • Familiarity with modern attack strategies including social engineering.
  • Experience in utilizing a variety of C2 frameworks and offensive toolkits.

Preferred Experience:


Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C, C++, C#, PowerShell, Go, Rust, Nim, and JavaScript.
