- Cultivate meaningful relationships with toptier recruitment companies
- Unearth and engage with highperforming recruiters via LinkedIn, Job Boards, and company CRM
- Provide indepth interview coaching to graduate and experienced recruiters
- Steer interview processes endtoend
- Attend engagementenriching client meetings
- Support the team with collaborative working
- Write completing job advertisements
Requirements:
- You should have an impressive academic background
- Rec2Rec experience of at least two years
- A strong work ethic teamed with a competitive spirit
- A highly goalfocused mindset
- Eagerness to climb Kilimanjaro not a prerequisite, but a plus
