**Responsibilities**
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with top-tier recruitment companies
- Unearth and engage with high-performing recruiters via LinkedIn, Job Boards, and company CRM
- Provide in-depth interview coaching to graduate and experienced recruiters
- Steer interview processes end-to-end
- Attend engagement-enriching client meetings
- Support the team with collaborative working
- Write completing job advertisements

**Requirements**:

- You should have an impressive academic background
- Rec2Rec experience of at least two years
- A strong work ethic teamed with a competitive spirit
- A highly goal-focused mind-set
- Eagerness to climb Kilimanjaro - not a prerequisite, but a plus
