You will be given a warm desk and hot jobs to get you going; over time, you will start building your own client list and 360 desk. This company have an exceptional success rate in getting new team members billing in the first three months.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop meaningful connections with top-tier insurance companies throughout the UK
- Resource on LinkedIn, Job Boards, and the CRM to discover and engage prospective Claims Professionals
- Manage interview processes
- Attending client meetings in London

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of two years recruitment experience
- Naturally confident, with excellent communication skills
- Commitment and passion for driving personal career growth
- A team player who enjoys collaboration
