FinTech is recruiting on behalf of our client for an Administration Assistant based in Inverurie, Aberdeenshire.


This is a permanent position starting ASAP, and will be covering Full-Time hours of 37.5 hours per week, working in the office.


Main duties include:

  • Booking jobs into the system
  • Raising purchase orders to suppliers
  • Expediting orders to ensure in line with client/project delivery date
  • Updating spreadsheets using Excel
  • Supporting the accounts team with administration duties
  • Assisting the workshop in scanning in delivery notes, booking parts in etc.
  • Any other adhoc tasks as requested
  • Previous experience in an Administration Assistant role would be beneficial however full training will be given
  • Ability to use Microsoft packages
